use a good quality copier, go to a printers and ask them to make you a copy.

go to a place like kinkos and ask them to enlarge your photo to the size you want. This may cost a lot. You could also buy a projector to project the picture on a canvas and then just color inside the lines.

well actually its easier then that go make some black and white copies okay- then go buy some transparent colored see through sheets from micheals or hobby lobby and cover the prints (putting them in a frame and- wlala you have the same effect and no mess! its very simple!
