Can you take copies with a copy machine without closing the its cover?

Posted on November 29th, 2009 by admin

I want to know if I can take copies with a copy machine without closing its lid, because I want to make sure that I don’t break the printer.

yes you can can.. well most of the news ones.. The reason you can, that most of the new copy machines/all-in-one printers let you do this is for copying tex/pic out of a text book. Just have the page you want copied on the glass face/text/pic down. and hit copy .

Good luck and happy copying :)

Are you photocopying a laser printer or something?

Yeah, you can copy on a photocopier with the lid open, you just might wind up with black edges where the light’s leaking instead of being reflected back from the white lid.
