Is the bright-green light from the copier machine harmful?

Is there possibility to cause sterilisation when look at it?

When I was in the Navy, we used to walk past the high-powered radar antennas (1 megawatt pulse blast) to sterilize ourselves before going into town on leave. That way, we knew we’d be safe in leaving no replicas of ourselves to come back later in a paternity suit. And then we found out, the amount of radiation it would take to sterilize people is the same amount it would take to kill them.

So, no, copy machines do not function in any way as effective birth control. On the other hand, gazing raptly into the bright light for hours as someone repeatedly activates the scanner is not going to do your retinas much good.
