Best Duplex Printer/Scanner/Copier (A3 size) machine under $3000?

I want to purchase a multifunction copier/network printer/scanner machine with duplex printing (only canon or HP) min. 20ppm at approx. 2500 to 3000USD.
Any suggestions pl.
For duplex printing and top rating, get the HP . This link shows the least expensive but with a very high rating.

You have the HP 6500 which is a very good buy and also with very high ratings.
The officejet Pro 8500 is another model and their is a special on it as well if you buy it.

It depends on the price you are willing to pay.What I have posted are the color/black and white printers.
If you want laser black and white only, get the 2055dn
