Limitations of remote repair –
My service is to help you. Remote connection repairs can be risky and has certain limitations, so if I decide it’s better to advise you how to more effectively repair your computer, it is for your own
benefit. If you have important documents and information that you don’t want to risk loosing, back it up first. If you don’t know how, I will advise you how to do so. Malware-Spyware – If your computer becomes heavily infected with malware it may be very dificult to remove if the infection has spread to the system files or if the operating system is too buggy, slow and unstable to allow for proper repairs. Reformatting and reinstalling windows may be your only option.

On Aug 21, 1969, my father, (Major Jerry J. Brown, Detachment Chief of Maintenance, OLAA 483 CAM Sq, Phu Cat AB, Vietnam, led a successful recovery operation of a battle damaged C-7 Caribou, coordinating support of an Army “Skycrane” helicopter.
