How do I fix the document feeders on my copiers–one pulls too many pages in; the other pulls in none. Help!?

I have two Canon ImageClass copiers. I’ve cleaned the document feed rollers with vcr head cleaner (when these problems started), but nothing is working. One copier pulls in multiple pages; the other starts to pull in a page and sticks. Has anyone else had this problem and how did you fix it?

They need a good cleaning. Also, what happened to my printer was that the little wheel that grabs the paper had really tine ridges to grab the paper and when the ridges wore out, it could no longer grab the paper. At any rate, you should have someone else do it.
